Hubert is a strategist and Industrial Engineer (PMP) with over 15 years of experience bridging the gap between social impact and private enterprise. After identifying inefficiencies in traditional business models, he founded UTZ Means Good to prove that profitability and social purpose are inseparable. An expert in circular economy and business consulting, he leads the group's strategic vision from Antigua, Guatemala. Hubert is passionate about process optimization, transformational leadership, wellbeing and building global networks that empower entrepreneurs and drive sustainable, large-scale positive change.

Aarón is a Chemical Engineer with a Master’s in Industrial Management and over a decade of experience in sustainability. After a NOREC fellowship in Norway, he founded Grønn to pioneer circular economy models in Guatemala. Currently, he directs the group’s commercial operations and marketing strategy. Aarón specializes in creative problem-solving and the application of digital tools to complex challenges. He is driven by a commitment to sustainable living, leveraging AI and innovation to foster global environmental regeneration.

Angel is a CPA and financial leader originally from Patzún and Patzicía, Chimaltenango. His deep roots in rural Guatemala drive his commitment to using economic growth as a tool for regional development. As a Junior Partner, Angel oversees the accounting operations for the entire corporate group, managing a specialized team focused on financial integrity. He combines his background in the NGO sector with rigorous auditing standards to empower others through financial literacy. Angel is passionate about leveraging technology and transparency to create sustainable opportunities in emerging communities.

Phil’s 25-year career is underpinned by a core value—business is a human endeavor. And if you know him, this value extends into everything he does. He started his career at Chrysler, then he moved to Magna International, where he learned the global automotive supply chain from the ground up. While he enjoyed what he did, he was hungry for a challenge. He found his greatest one yet when he decided to found VentureSource and DPMC. When he’s not working, you can find him traveling, sharpening his linguistic skills, or spending time on Lake Michigan.

Sam is also a Business and Executive coach and investor for startups who are looking to bring life to their scaleable ideas.

Philip is the Founder and Director of Ecofiltro, a social enterprise dedicated to provide drinking water in a sustainable way, and also Founder of Solucionweb, a leader in social media and inbound marketing; both in Guatemala. He is a board member on the Chamber for CSR of Guatemala, and was named “Social Entrepreneur of the Year in Central America” by Schwab Foundation in Davos, Switzerland and “Top 10 Most Relevant Social Entrepreneurs in Latin America” by New Ventures Mexico. Philip has an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. and a B.A. from Notre Dame.

BILL CUMMINGS
Bill is the founder of Liminal, where they serve impact-focused organizations with supportive consulting, clear messaging, and compelling design that moves people to action. He has served in leadership roles in urban community development work since 1994 and has his Master’s in Social and Civic Entrepreneurship. He believes strongly in deep relationships and standing in solidarity with those who are marginalized. He and his wife Cherie live in Raleigh, NC, and have been married since 1990. They have adult twin sons and a teenage daughter. Bill is passionate about development and generating impact.
